Officer Denali’s latest arrest was picked up for failing to pay his Child Support! Yes, if you do not pay your Child Support, you go away for a little while to think about it! You go to prison and as Judge Mark “Hang Them High” Henderson described it, Child Support Enforcement is like legalized extortion! Threatening to or Jailing a man for not paying money is the legal definition of extortion! Frank Jeffery had not paid his child support for a couple years and it was a situation that got out of hand! The little boy and girl he was NOT helping raise had to suffer and for that Frank Jeffery has to go away for a while. The Judge told Officer Denali that he wanted Frank Jeffery locked up and he was ordered to go get him when he least expected it. Officer Denali waited just outside the front door of Frank Jeffery’s home and when he came out to go meet his girlfriend for lunch, within seconds’ tough guy criminal Frank Jeffery was cuffed, shackled and chained up for transport to the GIL City Jail for a good cavity strip search, lock up and then transport to the county jail to await trial. Criminal Frank Jeffery was quick to learn what happens when he chose the route to run from his daddy responsibilities and he will serve time for Felony Criminal Non-Support. He will be sent away for a minimum of two years. The Judge has to do what he has to do and so does Officer Justin Denali. Funny watching a grown man wearing red Nike Hi Tops trying his best to walk in shackles and chains for the first time! At least this criminal stud is off the streets and locked away safe. He’s a body builder type but he shouldn’t worry, they have an excellent work-out program in state prison!!
