Officer Justin Denali was out on normal patrol when he got a call from dispatch about a concerned citizen reporting that there was a skinny tattooed man trying to break into a home that was vacant and for sale. When Officer Denali arrived he quickly spotted the man trying to get in through a window. Ryan Evans was a career criminal and even on probation. Before he knew it, his hands were cuffed and his boots were shackled. He seemed to have no problem walking in the shackles back to the patrol car, almost like he had been cuffed and shackled before. As Officer Denali drove criminal trash Evans back to the GIL City Jail, he acted all innocent while chained up as he talked back and forth with Officer Denali in the Patrol Car. Ryan Evans was a major liar, he was on probation and when Officer Denali spoke with his Probation Officer… she said to transport him to State Prison because she was revoking his probation! You don’t want to upset your probation and parole officer, she can put you away and that is EXACTLY what she did with Ryan Evans. The criminal trash getting hauled away was what we in Law Enforcement call “DONE”!
