GIL City's Officer Justin Denali got a call of a theft of a mans wallet, upon arriving and interviewing the elderly man, Officer Denali obtained an accurate description of the perpitrator. Officer Denali jumped in his patrol car and took off towards the direction the man was last seen on foot. Upon spotting a Hispanic male walking freely accross the back lot of a near-by business. Officer Denali got the mans attention and stopped to check him out. A quick body search and the stolen wallet was found in the man's back pocket. Offender Pablo Garcia would not speak much but would only say he didn't do anything... so he was cuffed, shackled, and immediately transported to the GIL City Jail for processing and booking. After being brought in fully cuffed and shackled, he was then photographed, printed, cataloged in, stripped, cavity searched, dressed out in an ornage prison uniform and jailed! When in his cell, he does pushups and then pleasures himself... all this was done just before Officer Denali comes back in to prep Offender Garcia about being chained up and transported to court to go in front of Judge "Hang Em' High" Henderson for arraignment! Then (off camera) after court, Pablo Garcia was transferred to the county jail for lock up pending trial... he will be back in the GIL City Jail very soon, I can assure you!
